Despite being hit by many complaints due to bugs, the game made by CD Projekt Red (CDPR), Cyberpunk 2077 is still in demand in the market. In just 10 days after launch, this action role-playing game has reportedly sold 13 million copies. This information was obtained from an official report released by the CDPR itself.

It should be noted that these figures are calculated based on the cumulative sales of the pre-order and post-launch sessions. In comparison, as many as 8 million copies of the best-selling Cyberpunk 2077 game were purchased by users during the pre-order session.

Thanks to high sales, CDPR has successfully earned US $ 780 million in revenue, as compiled from Engadget, Sunday (27/12/2020). This figure is even higher than the total revenue of Red Dead Redemption 2 at its inaugural launch, which totaled US $ 725 million.

Lots of bugs on the console Despite all its achievements, Cyberpunk 2077 is considered a game that is not worth playing. Not a few players have complained about bugs and errors that interfere with the game, especially on the console platform.

Sony even had to withdraw Cyberpunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store. As a result, this game can no longer be found on the PlayStation store. CDPR also offers a refund option to PlayStation version of Cyberpunk 2077 owners who are reluctant to wait for a bug update from CDPR.

Several other official gaming channels, such as Xbox and Steam, also offer players a refund process. Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S players can complete the refund process within 14 days of purchasing the game. Steam also enforces a similar policy to Microsoft.

The difference is, there are additional conditions where games can only be played with a play time of less than two hours. If you exceed the time limit, Steam users cannot submit the Cyberpunk 2077 refund process.
